Murals
All mural sales are final. No refunds are offered on mural deposits or completed mural work.
Merchandise
Refunds are only available for unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once an item has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Workshops & Events
Refunds for workshops and events are available only if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.
